Both of these businesses are owned by Elizabeth Hughes who decided on "doing something completely different" after being employed for twenty years. Training in anatomy, physiology, and massage was undertaken at the well known Clare Maxwell - Hudson School in London, gaining ITEC diplomas in massage (2000) and sports massage (2001). Seated massage was studied at the Acupressure Massage Practitioner's Training School, Beaconsfield (2001, 2002).

I am a member of the Massage Therapist Institute of Great Britain (MTIGB) and the International Guild of Professional Practitioners (IGPP). Members are required to adhere to a Code of Ethics thus ensuring a high standard of professional integrity. Members also carry full professional liability Insurance.
