A seated massage session:

 A seated massage session does not have to be solely for stress relief.  Additional massage techniques can be used to address particular aches and pains affecting you including your neck, hands, shoulders.   Suggestions can be offered that you can do to help keep you free of aches and pains (even those you have gotten from participating in your favourite sport.)
