February is Repetitive Strain Awareness Month.   Rossiter logo

Repetitive strains are due to a combination of factors including excessive or repeated muscle use, poor posture for the task, the amount of force used, and an inadequate rest/recovery period.   When muscles are strained, they hurt on movement.  With a repetitive movement strain, the muscles not only hurt doing the repetitive movement but also hurt when doing other moves.  Routine tasks become painful.
