In the first instance, the personal information that I hold relates to your contact details (name and e-mwhich you give when filling out the contact form on this website.
If an appointment is made, then further personal information (name, address, telephone number) will be collected via e-mail or telephone conversation. This information is necessary in order for me provide you with the requested services.
Under the GDPR you have the following rights in respect of the personal information that you have given to me:
Right of access
You have the right to see what information I hold about you.
Right of rectification
You have the right to correct inaccurate information that is being held about you.
Right to erasure
You have the right to request the deletion of any data that I may hold. However, in respect of notes for treatment sessions, these notes have to be held for at least 7 years in accordance with my current insurance providers.
Data storage
Data will be stored securely:
- details that are held on a computer or mobile phone are protected by device passwords.
- paper records are stored in a lockable file storage.
Data sharing
Your data is not shared with any third parties. That just isn’t right.
